Nicole currently serves as the General Manager for Microsoft US Federal Civilian Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD), where she administers a $150M+ annual services information technology (IT) portfolio, driving mission solutions with all US Federal Government Civilian entities including: US Departments of Veterans Affairs, Justice, Homeland Security, State, Energy, and Health & Human Services. Responsible for services sales & delivery integration, customer satisfaction, financial management and forecasting, operations, and technical staff development. She collaborates with internal sales and delivery teams to outline customer strategy and execution; driving a One Microsoft approach to portfolio management. She also works in partnership with c-level clients, grows the business by empowering her team to develop enhancements to both internal and external programs, and leads a team of 300+ direct and indirect staff.

Prior to her current role, Nicole was the services and consulting practice lead for Microsoft Federal Services’ federal civilian division, where she administers a $100M+ annual services information technology (IT) portfolio of civilian agencies including Departments of Energy, Health and Human Services and Veterans Affairs. As a principal account delivery executive for Microsoft she directed application development and customer relationship management droving end-to-end technology program management and as the principal program manager at Edwards Performance Solutions. She has also held additional roles with Computer Sciences Corporation (now DXC Technology) and as a contractor to the United States Postal Service.
Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St. Mary’s College of Maryland. She holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL V3 Foundation certifications, has completed Certified ScrumMaster training, and received an Accessibility in Action certification issued by Microsoft Accessibility. In her free time, Nicole enjoys traveling, enjoying nature, volunteering and spending time with her family. She currently resides in Nashville, TN.
