Nicole Conti is the Common Product Program Manager for Solid State Radar (SSR) Programs, Integrated Warfare Systems & Sensors (IWSS), for Lockheed Martin Corporations’ Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS). In this capacity, she is responsible for leading the Active Electronically Steered Array (AESA) radar, Auxiliary Power Group (APG) and Environmental Control Unit (ECU) scope across the SSR product line. Previously, Ms. Conti was the Technical Assistant to the Vice President / General Manager of IWSS for Lockheed Martin Corporation. In that role, she was responsible for all aspects with senior staff in strategic planning, business operation, program management and problem resolution discussions. She was the main liaison between the IWSS VP / GM and the Program / Functional Senior Leadership Team (SLT) from (4/2018) to (12/2019). She previously served as Lockheed Martin Corporation’s Global Sustainment Program Integrator, IWSS for Lockheed Martin Corporation’s RMS. In that role, she was responsible for all aspects of the logistical program integration for Space Fence and Baseline 9A2A/2B programs, including supply chain, repair depot, training, technical document, supportability, maintainability & logistics analysis from (4/2015) to (4/2018). Ms. Conti graduated from the University of Mary Washington, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Business Administration degree. She also has a Master of Engineering Management degree from Old Dominion University. Nicole currently resides in Philadelphia with her family. She has been an active participant (previously a BRASS Camper) and volunteer with Special Love Incorporation for over twenty-two years. In addition to her position on the Board, Nicole is part of the BRASS leadership team.
