Nicole Conti is a senior program management leader with over 14 years of experience at Lockheed Martin, where she has led high-value defense, technology, and enterprise transformation programs. She currently oversees multiple ERP product solutions as part of the company’s 1LMX digital transformation initiative, driving long-range planning, execution, and cross-organizational alignment.

Throughout her career, Nicole has managed mission-critical programs, valued at up to $500 million, leading engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain teams across the U.S. Army, U.S, Navy and other defense portfolios. Nicole has been part of the Special Love Inc. community for more than 25 years—first as a BRASS camper, then as a volunteer beginning in 2004, and now as a member of the Board of Directors since 2020. She holds an M.S. in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University and a B.S. in Mathematics and Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington, and has earned numerous awards for leadership, innovation, and program excellence.
