Melissa Steele is the CEO of E&G Group, an owner and developer of affordable housing in the DC Metro area.  She joined E&G Group in 2009 and has been working in the property management industry for more than 15 years.  Melissa serves on the executive committee as the President-Elect for the IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) Northern Virginia Chapter where she got involved with Special Love.  She also serves as the past chair of the National Apartment Association Affordable Housing Committee and is a Board Member for the Apartment and Office Building Association.
