Bill Tomoff is a career finance professional who now focuses his energy on helping others grow. He works with his twin brother, Don, to teach the power of personal development as the foundation for bringing greater value to work, family, and community. Their work emphasizes disciplined preparation, continual learning, and practical use of technology, including AI and social platforms, to accelerate performance and expand potential. Bill and Don co-founded #TwinzTalk, an ongoing LinkedIn series that shares insights on growth, leadership, and everyday ways to leverage digital tools for learning. Bill holds a BBA in accounting from Ohio University, an MBA, and the CPA and CMA designations. His career has included public accounting, more than 20 years of senior finance leadership in the sports and entertainment industry, and six years as a small-business CFO. He now serves as a senior advisor at Invenio Advisors LLC, collaborating with Don to support leaders and businesses. Bill is also a committed childhood cancer advocate. His son, Ryan, was diagnosed with leukemia at age two in 1996 and is a five-time cancer survivor (three-time childhood cancer survivor). Since 2018, Bill has served on the board of Special Love, a nonprofit that supports children with cancer and their families. He and his wife, Terri, have two grown children, Olivia and Ryan. Grounded in his belief in post-traumatic growth, Bill encourages a whole-person view of success and a gentle lifestyle of kindness, gratitude, and helping others. His guiding quote is, “Be gentle.
