A Wellness Weekend for Cancer Survivors Ages 18–40

The Young Survivors Forum is a dynamic event designed for young adult cancer survivors and current patients, offering a unique opportunity to connect, learn, and grow. Whether you’re looking for emotional support, practical advice, or simply the chance to connect with others who understand your journey, this interactive forum provides a supportive space to help you thrive beyond your diagnosis. Join us for a full day of wellness and connection, featuring inspiring speakers, expert-led discussions, and hands-on sessions focused on health and healing. You’ll have the chance to participate in yoga and nutrition classes, peer support groups, educational workshops, Cancer Jeopardy, and more!

New this year: Make it a weekend! Spend the night on Friday—on us—and enjoy a meet-and-greet with fellow attendees on an epic night out at Level99. Hotel accommodations are sponsored, and you’re welcome to bring a spouse, friend, or caregiver, who can also participate in a special support session designed just for them. A room block is available at the Hyatt Friday night.
