What About Camp?

As is natural this time of year, we have been receiving questions on whether or not Special Love will host an in-person BRASS Camp and Camp Fantastic this year, and the answer is at this point we just don’t know.

The Special Love team is working with our NIH medical team to determine whether it’s possible to safely hold overnight camps. We are also exploring the possibility of a hybrid version of day-long camps in various locations, with an enhanced virtual schedule as well.

Whatever the decision, the health and well-being of our patients and families will be at the forefront of that decision. Any in-person programming will adhere to Special Love’s COVID-19 policy mandating that all campers, volunteers, and staff must be fully vaccinated.
