Young Adults with Cancer Weekend

SL_Secondary_PS_YA_lead01

Young adults with cancer have unique needs that typical kids’ camps don’t address. With activities that range from the adventurous to the relaxing, Special Love’s YAC Weekend (Young Adults with Cancer) is the perfect summer getaway for 18- to 25-year-old cancer survivors.

The location for YAC Weekend alternates between the Northern Virginia 4-H Educational Center in Front Royal, Virginia, and sites in both the Richmond and Hampton Roads areas. The activities – you guessed it – include swimming, sports, crafts, games, and music, plus lots of pizza and socializing!

SL_Secondary_PS_YA_lead03Special Love “YACers” also are eligible to attend Special Love’s Fantastic Winter Weekend in January.
